We are delighted to announce that ActionSpace artist Andrew Omoding will be leading a hands-on workshop as part of the V&A’s Friday Late: Radical Kinship.

The event invites visitors to experience how artists and thinkers subvert the way we move, sense and co-create. Through music, performance, talks and workshops, the event celebrates the creative lives of disabled artists.

Andrew Omoding: Creative Workshop

Join Andrew for an immersive workshop exploring his intuitive, tactile creative processes. Inspired by memories, found materials and personal histories, Andrew invites participants to make drums, costumes and assemblages through repurposing, wrapping, weaving and layering.

Together, you’ll revisit past experiences, discover new associations, and build vibrant sculptural forms, culminating in an impromptu parade celebrating the joy of collective creativity.
