‘Woman’ by Nigel Kingsbury and ‘Standing by the Stove’ by Patricia Morgan were selected to appear in Outside In’s exhibition titled Kindred Spirits. Kindred Spirits presented a unique opportunity to see both the Jerwood and Outside In Collections united for the first time. The show highlighted the private and deeply personal connections which can exist between people and works of art as ‘kindred spirits.’

The exhibition was accompanied by an online talk on 26 November to provide insight into the selection and curation process.
