Patricia Morgan is an ActionSpace Cockpit studio artist whose drawings and occasional sculptural works celebrate the textures of daily life, birthdays, Halloween, Easter, Christmas, and other moments of joy and festivity. Her work is rich with colour, character and humour, often shaped by the repetition of familiar themes: cats, clothes, faces, and the weather. Her self-portraits, in particular, form a striking visual diary, capturing shifts in mood, style and focus over time.<\/p>\n

Working primarily on A4 paper with mixed media, Patricia\u2019s approach is instinctive and direct. She often includes short phrases or single words in her images, \u201cLike Custard\u201d or \u201cNice Weather,” lifted from her own spoken reflections. These quiet, poetic fragments add another layer of personality and presence to the work.<\/p>\n

While she once worked across a range of media, recent years have seen Patricia focus more on drawing, where her expressive line and bold forms continue to evolve.
