Deborah Lulendo

Deborah loves music and fashion and this is often reflected in her artwork.
She likes to work with photographs from books and magazines to create collages in different formats, carefully selecting the right pictures and background colours that evolve into striking and bold artwork.

Deborah is also interested in using bold colours in her own drawn collages that she constructs, and then deconstructs into other arrangements.

Deborah also focuses on bold colours when she works in 3D, and recently she has worked with colour tape that she cuts into different lengths and then scrunches into shapes. She adds these together to produce large structures. Over time the tape gradually unfolds, creating forms that move and seem to come alive.
